Refined is a studio devoted exclusively to adult dance education. Located in Southern Wake County, we offer a thoughtful and elevated approach to training where technical precision and artistic expression come together. Our classes are designed specifically for adult dancers at every stage—from those stepping into the studio for the very first time to experienced dancers continuing their practice. At Refined, we cultivate a welcoming and supportive environment where adults can build technique, explore artistry, and rediscover the joy of movement.

Day Classes!
We are excited to announce THREE different opportunities to participate in daytime beginner ballet classes. These classes range from 45 mins to 1 hour over two different days and at 2 different locations. These classes will follow the same curriculum as the evening beginner ballet classes.  Â

Cary Arts Center
Wednesdays at 11AM and 12:15 PM (1 hour each)

Fuquay Varina Arts Center
Thursdays at 11:30 AM (45 mins)
